In his new role, Mr. Spencer will be responsible for managing all aspects of AMA’s operation, from production planning to cultivation and harvesting, in order to maximize sales, output and profitability. Mr. Spencer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture from the Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas.

“Tim has expertise at a scale rarely seen in the cannabis sector,” commented Mr. Chris Rebentisch, the Company’s USA Chief Operations Officer.  He brings technical knowledge and hands-on experience to ensure productivity and efficiency in large-scale commercial cultivation environments. We are confident that Tim will be instrumental in the successful launch of our new operations in Las Vegas.”
