Long days can be challenging, especially after work, so let’s be honest, sometimes we’d rather have a nice glass of wine rather than taking the time to roll one up. Have no fear, for cannabis-infused wine is here!

Dating back to the mid-1970s in California, a few enterprising winemakers at Chalon Vineyard prepared both grapes and cannabis in an attempt to fuse them together, according to The Spruce Eats. The blending of the two created a unique way to relieve pain, while giving euphoric vibes that does not contain alcohol.

As of 2021, blending wine and cannabis has evolved from just medicinal. Instead, it has progressed by reducing hangovers, relieving any pain, and promoting creativity. Enough chit-chat; let’s dive into what wines are an elegant blend of both worlds. Without further ado, here are six cannabis-infused wines to celebrate the harvest with this year.

Located in Napa Valley, California is CannaVines. The company’s blends feature a powerful and elegant blend of terpenes and CBD. Husband and wife artists Jeremy and Jayde Fish bring their own twist to their first two debut bottles of CannaVines Wines.

Attributed to Jeremy is the 2018 Cannavines Red Blend X HeadBand. As its moniker implies, the cannabis strain used to produce this wine is Headband. This strain is known for its lemony scent while relieving pain and accelerating stress relief.

In the mood for white wine? Then look no further than Jayde’s debuted wine, the 2018 Chardonnay X Sour Diesel. This sun-grown grape wine possesses airy and tropical notes with a hint of an earthly, energetic Sour Diesel flavor. This debuted wine promotes an enjoyable cerebral sensation and feelings of happiness and well-being.

With a blend of terpenes and CBD, the company’s 2018 rosé X Granddaddy Purple combines a sweet blend of grapes, high-quality CBD, and terpenes from the strain Granddaddy Purple. This pure rosé acts as a pain reliever and anxiety reducer, reports CannaVines.

These wines are found in Napa Valley, California, and are available for purchase online soon. However, they are currently available for tastings on California Cannabis Tour’s Wine and Weed Tours.

Attention rosé fans, take time out of the day and check out SIP C! Pioneered in Australia is an innovative technique process called the spinning cone technology that preserves the essential flavors while gently removing the alcohol. Overall, it leaves the final product with no alcohol, less sugar, and fewer calories.

To learn more about this advanced process, SIP C shows a step-by-step procedure on their website.

SIP C provides two rosés, SipClean Canned Rosé Wine and SipCozy Hemp Infused Wine.

SipClean is a bubbly rosé, a non-alcoholic blend of grenache and cabernet sauvignon wine grapes made by winemakers in California. Each SipClean contains 12 ounces with 30 calories and 5 grams of sugar, leaving a consumer feeling light, happy, and clean. SipClean is available only in a pack of four.

SipCozy is just what it sounds like, a relaxed state of mind leaving no morning hangovers. This alcohol-removed grenache rosé blend contains 40 mg of  CBD, and has herbal, floral, and citrus notes. The herbal scent derives from the hemp extract, providing a calming effect when taking the first sip. Citrus and floral finish the elevating experience by leaving the consumer refreshed, according to the company’s website.

To purchase either of these two items, visit the SIP C website. SIP C ships anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately, they cannot ship SIP COZY to the following states at this time: Idaho, Nebraska, Ohio, and South Dakota.
