One of the best parts about cannabis is the large variety of ways we’re able to consume it. All due respect to pipes, bongs, and papers, but this week we’re all about edibles.
Edibles are digestible cannabis-infused products that can come in the form of gummies, drinks, cookies, and so much more. Records of edibles made in the U.S. go all the way back to the mid-20th century and have been around ever since.
Today we’re only going to be focusing on spreads. In honor of National Sandwich Month, we’ll be delving into some great infused products to put between two slices of bread. Here’s something we’re excited to sink our teeth into!
2Fly’s Cannabis-Infused Condiments
This California-based culinary company specializes in edibles, selling THC-infused products like coffee beans, ketchup, and peanut butter. Each cannabis condiments contains 5 mg of THC per serving.
They’ve got enough of a variety to match almost any sandwich. Want something sweet? No problem, 2Fly can give you the tools for the perfect THC-infused peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Feeling some cold cuts? 2Fly carries THC-infused ketchup, mustard, and hot sauce to pair with any meat of one’s choosing.
2Fly’s products are a great way to enhance breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Don’t worry, we won’t judge!

Potli Honey
On the other side of the spectrum, we have offerings that focus much more on CBD content, containing less than 0.3% THC per serving. Potli is a Bay Area organization that specializes in a number of CBD-infused selections.
While products like their hemp-infused spicy shrimp chips certainly look enticing, we’d rather call attention to their signature product, honey.
Potli’s honey comes in two different types: Dream Honey and Feel Good Premium Hemp Raw Honey. The award-winning Dream Honey, like the name suggests, is made for deep sleep. The Feel Good Honey is used as an herbal remedy meant to soothe its user.
In terms of sandwiches, this is a spread that can mix well with peanut butter, making for a sweet and sticky taste that’s sure to provide a sense of relief.

Cannadish’s Cannabis Infused Nutella
In case it wasn’t clear, we’ve got a bit of a sweet tooth. This entry isn’t a product that can be bought online or in a store. Instead, it’s a recipe; an invitation to bake… and then get baked! Composed of just seven ingredients, this is a spread that nearly anyone can make.
It’s almost a right of passage to roll your sleeves up and make your own edibles. Sure, it can be a lengthy process that features decarboxylation, uninformed guesstimates, and a kitchen that smells like a Snoop Dogg concert, but it’s something every stoner should try once.
Not only will the sense of accomplishment feel great once the process is over, but it can be enjoyed on a sandwich as well. We recommend combining this homemade Nutella butter with some peanut butter and sliced bananas. Don’t knock it till ya try it!
Pantry’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Pantry Food company delivers a number of cannabis-infused products throughout California and Colorado. Utilizing an inventory of products like cannabis-infused fruit jellies and superfoods, Pantry also has a nice variety of infused snacks.
Their extra virgin olive oil comes in two different options: Chef Matt Stockard’s EVOO and Chef Michael Magliano’s EVOO. Stockard’s olive oil contains 5 mg of THC per tablespoon. Magliano’s olive oil also contains 5mg of THC per tablespoon, but it contains 5 mg of CBD as well.
There aren’t many sandwiches that can’t be enhanced by the presence of olive oil. Whether it’s on an Italian sub, a chicken club, or just a classic grilled cheese, either of Pantry’s olive oil selections will do just the trick.
So what have we learned today? There are an infinite amount of possibilities when it comes to ingesting cannabis and there’s no definitive option that’s the best. Who knew there were so many ways to put bud in a grinder?
