Mini MART has built its reputation on offering affordable cannabis without feeling like a compromise. Produced by FlowerHouse New York, the brand focuses on flower aimed at everyday consumers rather than the luxury market.
To see how well that reputation holds up, I tried two eighths from the lineup: White Runtz, one of the brand’s everyday offerings, and Candy Blitz, a sweeter hybrid from Mini MART’s limited World Cup Collection.
Mini Mart White Runtz Flower
$24 per 3.5 grams
For a flower priced at just $24 an eighth, White Runtz made a solid first impression. The buds were medium-sized with a fairly dense structure and muted shades of olive green. While the trim wasn’t quite as meticulous as some premium craft flower, it still looked fresh, well-cured, and generous in trichomes.
Cracking open the bag released a sweet, slightly creamy aroma. The scent wasn’t especially loud, but it was pleasant and became more noticeable once the flower was broken apart.
I rolled this into a simple joint to get a sense of the flower on its own. The smoke was smooth overall, carrying subtle sweetness on the inhale before giving way to a more peppery, herbal finish. It isn’t the most terpene-forward flower I’ve tried, but it delivered a clean, enjoyable smoke without becoming harsh.
The effects offered a relaxed body feel. Mentally, I stayed clear-headed and engaged. It is a comfortable choice for winding down after work while still feeling present enough to watch a movie or catch up on a few tasks around the apartment.
What stood out most was definitely the value. At $24 an eighth, White Runtz performs better than its price might suggest. It doesn’t quite reach the complexity or bold flavor of higher-end craft flower, and consumers chasing intensely aromatic buds may find it a little understated. Still, considering the smooth smoke and overall consistency, it offers a lot for the price.
A Look at the COA
The accompanying Certificate of Analysis (COA) reports 26.36% total THC, 29.77% total cannabinoids, and 1.27% total terpenes.
White Runtz’s terpene profile is led by β-caryophyllene (0.39%), linalool (0.21%), α-humulene (0.18%), farnesene (0.12%), and limonene (0.11%).
The terpene profile suggests a more grounded experience, with β-caryophyllene contributing peppery, earthy notes, while linalool adds a softer floral character. Limonene, though present in smaller amounts, helps round out the profile with subtle citrus notes.
The batch passed the state’s required testing for contaminants and quality standards, including pesticides, heavy metals, microbial contaminants, mycotoxins, foreign material, water activity, moisture content, terpenes, and cannabinoids. Residual solvent testing was not performed.
Candy Blintz Flower
$24 per 3.5 grams
The World Cup Collection feels like Mini MART’s chance to step outside its everyday lineup and experiment with more distinctive genetics. Candy Blitz, representing Argentina in the collection, caught my attention with its sweeter terpene profile and dense, colorful buds.
The buds themselves were compact and sticky with a healthy coating of trichomes. While the trim wasn’t necessarily pristine, it looked fresh and well-cured, especially for a budget-friendly eighth.
The flavor largely delivered on the aroma. The first few pulls brought forward sweet fruit notes with a creamy finish that lingered on the palate. As the joint burned down, a subtle peppery spice emerged, likely reflecting the strain’s caryophyllene-forward terpene profile. The smoke stayed smooth throughout, requiring very few relights and producing an even burn.
The effects landed in that sweet spot many hybrids aim for. I felt an immediate lift in mood without the racing thoughts that sometimes accompany fruit-forward strains. The body relaxation arrived gradually rather than all at once, making it easy to stay social, listen to music, or settle into a movie without feeling glued to the couch.
I would say Candy Blitz punches above its price point. The flavor is more expressive than many flowers in the same category, and the overall experience feels thoughtfully put together. For shoppers looking for an affordable flower that still delivers strong flavor and a balanced high, this one is an easy recommendation.

A Look at the COA
The Certificate of Analysis (COA) reports Candy Blitz tested at 27.82% total THC and 32.51% total cannabinoids, with potency driven primarily by 29.90% THCA. β-caryophyllene (0.32%), limonene (0.31%), linalool (0.24%), β-myrcene (0.15%), and α-humulene (0.12%) lead the terpene profile.
That combination makes sense after smoking it. The limonene contributes to the bright citrus and candy-like aroma, while linalool softens the profile with floral sweetness. Caryophyllene and humulene add an earthy, peppery backbone that keeps the flavor balanced rather than overly sweet.
The batch also passed New York’s required compliance testing for pesticides, heavy metals, microbial contaminants, mycotoxins, and water activity. Residual solvent testing was not performed, as expected for whole flower.
Final Thoughts
Mini MART succeeds by knowing exactly what it is. This certainly isn’t ultra-premium, terpene-chasing flower with flawless bag appeal. But it’s affordable and delivers solid effects and a smooth smoke for the price.
Between the two, Candy Blitz was the standout. Its sweeter flavor profile, balanced hybrid effects, and expressive aroma made it feel like it belonged well above its price bracket. White Runtz, while a bit more subdued, proved to be a reliable after-work smoke with smooth draws and consistent effects that make it easy to keep in the rotation.
