Delta-8-THC is a cannabinoid that is becoming increasingly popular among cannabis consumers.
Similar to delta-9-THC (the more common cannabinoid that consumers know to produce the high from cannabis), one can consume it in a variety of ways including vaporizing and oral ingestion. The effects of delta-8 are similar however not congruent. After ingesting delta-8, users may feel effects resulting in a relaxing or mildly-euphoric high.
Milli by Edge 365 Labs provides a fun and exciting delta-8 experience in the form of a shot-like beverage. According to their website, “Milli utilizes a proprietary process to create a water soluble Delta 8 Hemp Cannabinoid drink that is fast acting, highly bio active, and contains no calories.”
Each 2 ounce bottle contains 20 mg of nano-emulsified hemp-derived delta-8. Nano-emulsified cannabinoids are tiny particles that the body can absorb quicker than larger particles.
It should also be noted that while delta-8 is federally legal, certain states have banned it.
Pre-Review Notes
I have zero experience with delta-8 products, and have set zero expectations. I also went into this with a low tolerance, since I have taken a long tolerance break from cannabis consumption.
The packaging and look of the product is very professional, and seems to be a very high-quality product at first-glance. The bottles remind me of those 5-Hour Energy supplements. Needless to say, I was intrigued, and eager to try this product.
For this review, I decided just to ingest one 2 ounce bottle. Upon opening the product, I was pleasantly greeted with a safety lid, which always makes me feel better.

20 mg of D8

The Milli website states that consumers may enjoy this product either straight-up over ice, or mixed in a non-alcoholic mocktail. I decided to consume it simply over ice.
The product claims to be “flavorless and sweet.” While sipping my glass, I did happen to notice a slight “weedy” taste. However, I feel that this particular taste is rather unavoidable in similar products. In terms of the sweetness, it was definitely present. I couldn’t put my finger on the exact flavor, but sweet is definitely the best way to describe it.
After finishing my glass, I noticed some effects roughly 10 minutes after.
The effects were cerebral, and slightly euphoric. After being upset that I wasn’t really “feeling it,” I decided to relax and wait a bit longer.
About 30 minutes after consumption, more noticeable effects started to set in. Instead of a cerebral high, I started to feel it in my body. I felt rather heavy, and just wanted to sit down on the couch. I still felt euphoric, but it was very mild. The tip of my nose and toes were cold, which is something that I personally associate with a euphoric high. I felt content to say the very least.
Roughly 90 minutes in, I found myself still enjoying the comfiness of my couch as I watched TV. The effects had not changed much since the 30 minute mark, and the intensity still remained consistent. My body felt relaxed, but my head felt euphoric. I can’t say I loved it, but I didn’t hate it either.
About 2 hours later, I no longer felt the effects of the substance, and once again felt normal. I did not feel any drawn-out effects post-high for the rest of the night or the next day.

Lab Results
Per usual, testing matters. Consumers deserve to know whether they are getting what the company advertised to them or not. Consumers also deserve to know if their favorite products contain toxins, pesticides, etc.
Edge 365 Labs was quick to deliver lab results upon request.
Before hopping into the results, it is important to note that experts suggest that products should contain a range of +/-10% of what is advertised. If it falls within that range, it earns an A; 20% earns a B; 30% a C; and 31% or more fails.
First off, the product passed all health-related tests, which is always necessary.
Regarding delta-8 content, the lab results show that the product has passed the potency test as well. Additionally, results confirm it contains no delta-9-THC. The product advertises 20 mg of D8, (which would be represented on the lab results as 0.020% total d8-THC.) Specifically, results show this product contains .0177 mg or nearly 0.018% of d8-THC, (18 mg). So, the contents fall within the 10% acceptable range.
In terms of lab results, this product rightfully earns an A.
Worth it?
Overall, I would say that I somewhat enjoyed this product.
I appreciate the subtle effects of it, and I think that many people would find it enjoyable. It’s a mild high for sure, but users will definitely feel some noticeable effects. I personally feel that those who have no experience with delta-8 will all make out the high differently.
In terms of the price of this product, I would say it’s fair. The cost is relatively on par with similar products containing the same amount of delta-8.
Personally, I would describe it as a middle ground between CBD and delta-9-THC. While one can still feel the psychoactive effects of the substance, they are much milder than one may expect.
While the product definitely appears and acts as a high-quality delta-8 product, I just think it’s not for me. I felt that the effects were rather strange and undescribable. While it did help me relax and feel slightly-euphoric, I would much rather consume delta-9-THC. But that’s just my preference.
