Toastyy is a Black-female owned CBD company whose goal is to inspire women to feel great and feel proud of who they are. They want to encourage women to relax and embrace a healthy lifestyle through the power of hemp.

This week I got to try out two CBD supplements from Toastyy — the Sunrise 900 mg and the Sunset 900 mg. These supplements are hypoallergenic, gluten-free, non-GMO, and 100% vegan.

The supplements come in regular pill bottles with cute pink labels on them. There are 30 pills in each bottle. A serving size is one to two pills, depending on the consumer. Each pill has 30 mgs of CBD and they’re all third-party lab tested. Consumers can find the lab tests for the Sunrise and Sunset pills on the website under Lab Test Results.

For Focus

Struggling to stay focused? The Sunrise Tablets are specially formulated to give a boost of energy whenever one may need it, whether it be a wakeup call in the morning or a pick-me-up to get through the rest of the day.

The all-natural ingredients include vitamin C, B12, and CBD isolate. It also includes 60 mg of caffeine. This combination was designed to boost energy levels, reduce fatigue, and improve concentration and alertness.

CBD isolate may reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, according to CFAH.org, an education platform run by medical experts. Lowering these symptoms can bring up mood and energy, resulting in a more productive day.

Having a vitamin B12 deficiency can lower serotonin. So by consuming more B12, Healthline writes, mood may be improved and symptoms of depression may be lessened.

Vitamin C plays an essential role in our health. According to WebMD, experts associate a lack of vitamin C with a number of diseases, so having enough of it can be vital in maintaining overall health.

Caffeine also has a lot of health benefits. But consumers most commonly know it for increasing energy and brain function. Additionally, Healthline states that caffeine can even improve mood by causing an increase in dopamine. It can also improve alertness, reaction time, and short term recall.

For me, these Sunrise pills really helped with focus. I took two in the morning before work. Normally I get pretty distracted. But before I knew it I had completed multiple tasks, and was working uninterrupted on another.

I tried them multiple times and always got similar results. As a result, I think anyone looking for a boost in concentration should consider trying these pills.

For Stress

When feeling stressed, sometimes an extra push is needed to finally relax. Toastyy’s Sunset Supplement might just be the kick start one needs.

Toastyy designs these tablets to enhance relaxation. Consumers can even use them as a sleep aid. It’s ingredients combine chamomile, melatonin, and cannabinoids to soothe the body and mind.

As mentioned above, CBD may lessen anxiety and depression symptoms, which allows the mind and body to relax.

Melatonin is the body’s natural sleep chemical. But when individuals have trouble sleeping, taking melatonin supplements before bedtime is shown to help people sleep, according to VeryWell Health.

People have used chamomile in a variety of different ways for centuries. Many tout it for its health benefits; Healthline specifically mentions that long term use of chamomile may significantly reduce symptoms of anxiety. Furthermore, it has “sedative” properties that are ideal for relaxation.

This combination of ingredients is the perfect concoction for relaxation. I often take these pills at night an hour or so before I go to bed. I wouldn’t say they necessarily put me to sleep, but I do notice a difference in how relaxed I am, especially after a long, stressful day.

Overall I found these products to be very useful when it comes to helping me focus, and to initiate relaxation. If either of those is a problem, I recommend giving Toastyy a try.
