HereNow CBD’s EBB+FLOW Cream for Back Pain

Pain comes in all forms. As someone in my early 20s, I have come to realize that physical pain isn’t just for one crowd of people, and a couple long days at work has proven that for me. The constant bending down and stress from the day takes a toll on my back.

I’ve managed to experience a great deal of pain relief when turning to Ebb + Flow CBD Cream for Healing and Recovery, by HereNow CBD.

The cream comes in a 2 ounce glass container. It is the perfect size for instant pain relief wherever and whenever it’s needed.

The formula is completely THC free. Additionally, this product contains 500 mg of CBD per bottle, and uses a CBD isolate rather than a full-plant hemp extract. Many people use both isolates and full-plant formulas for pain relief.

According to Healthline, “some people may want to try CBD but are iffy on THC. That’s where CBD isolate comes in, since it’s the purest form of CBD.” In other words, it only contains CBD, no other compounds.

For back pain specifically, many find that CBD is effective at combating pain and inflammation, says Spine-Health.

Ingredient-by-Ingredient

Of course, the isolate isn’t the only ingredient in the Ebb+ Flow Cream that may be promoting pain relief, as many of its other elements do too. That includes eucalyptus and peppermint oils.

According to Very Well Health, “ a eucalyptus- base ointment was found to increase circulation when applied to the forearms of participants in a small double-blind study published in 1991, which suggests that eucalyptus may temporarily ease minor muscle soreness when applied topically.”

Another ingredient used in this healing cream is peppermint oil, the herbal extract of the peppermint plant.

In relation to pain relief, peppermint oil has many healing benefits.

“Peppermint essential oil is great because of both its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties which makes it top choice for back pain relief,” reports Tebby Clinic.

The Ebb + Flow Healing and Recovery Cream has a multitude of other ingredients that assist in pain relief, like distilled aloe vera, chamomile extract and vitamin E.

Application Process

On their website, HereNow CBD instructs users to apply a generous amount of the Ebb + Flow cream to the area of pain as needed.

When I used the cream on my lower back, I put a bit on myself, and then had a friend help me make sure I surrounded the whole area.

The consistency of the cream is very light, and soft, just like lotion. The notes of the eucalyptus, peppermint, and chamomile filled my nose and smelled amazing.

It’s safe to say that the small jar of cream will last a while, as a little goes a long way. I found myself using one to two finger scoops of the product to combat my pain each day.

Tried and Tested Products

And HereNow CBD lab-tests all of their products for purity and potency.

According to Core CBD, “in other industries, independent testing isn’t necessary because those industries are regulated by the FDA. You may be surprised to know that CBD isn’t regulated by the FDA. [So] CBD lab testing fulfills the role that the FDA usually plays.”

Not only does HereNow CBD lab test all products, the company makes them available online for customers so users know what exactly they are putting on their skin.

While people can use the cream itself anywhere on their body, I found it particularly effective at lowering pain and tension in my lower back. With 500 mg of CBD and ingredients like aloe vera and vitamin E, I found the Ebb + Flow Healing and Recovery cream not only soothing for my back, but also, my skin.
