Taking on Anxiety with HereNow CBD’s Soothe Tincture

After a week’s vacation, I found it hard to completely relax once I got home and unpacked.

Feeling tired and restless all in one, I turned to HereNow CBD’s Soothe Tincture to help me relax and finally get some rest.

How to use the Soothe Tincture

HereNow CBD’s peppermint-flavored Soothe tincture is truly so easy to use and it’s healing benefits really helped my body and mind unwind.

With a simple droplet application, all I did was drop three-four drops under my tongue. Consumers can also mix it into water or tea, making it easier to sip on the tincture. In my case though, I was looking for fast relief, and drops under the tongue did just that for me.

Taste wise, I did not taste any type of cannabis flavor. Instead, I enjoyed what mimicked a smooth mint flavor. It reminded me of mint tea and honey as it seeped into my tastebuds.

On the bottle, HereNow recommends that consumers take one .50 ml dosage twice daily, with room to increase the amount as needed.

For me personally, I took it once at night when I was trying to relax. I found it so effective that I have since taken it almost daily to help ease my nerves and anxiety.

Inside it’s Natural Ingredients

The most prominent ingredient inside the Soothe tincture is certified organic hemp oil, or CBD-rich oil.

According to Healthline, “several studies point to the potential benefits of CBD for anxiety.” For example, in subjects who took it, behavioral signs of anxiety — including increased heart rates — improved, the publication reports.

I can say that with the Sooth tincture, my heart rate slowed down, as that was something that kept me awake and unsettled before I took it. It is important to note that I have a low functioning form of anxiety; so for people with higher functioning anxiety, it might not be as effective.

Healthline goes on to add that, “CBD may also benefit people with other forms of anxiety, such as social anxiety disorder (SAD) and post-traumatic stress disorder [PTSD]. It may help treat anxiety-induced insomnia as well.”

As for other ingredients in the tincture, peppermint flavoring and sunflower seed oil also play a role in easing anxious feelings and behavior.

According to WebMD, “sunflower oil is also an excellent source of vitamin E. Many studies suggest that a healthy source of vitamin E in your diet could provide many health bonuses. Some evidence suggests it may also slow the progression of Alzheimer’s disease. ”

Also, a deficiency of vitamin E is known to sprout nerve pain, according to WebMD.

Peppermint oil alone also has many healing properties mainly for anxiety. According to Women’s Health, “the menthol content in peppermint oil has been shown to help relieve tension and discomfort, which can in turn help you feel more calm and relaxed.”

Time With the Tincture

After using HereNow CBD’s Soothe tincture everyday, it helped ease my anxious tendencies. It has an overall positive impact on my everyday life.

I would recommend HereNow CBD’s Soothe tincture to anyone in need of quick and easy anxiety relief, or a boost of relaxation.

With just a couple quick drops from their tincture, peace and tranquility are bound to find their way into one’s daily life, especially if taken daily as part of a routine.
