THCV Dried Fruit Platter

Eating healthy and not overindulging are keys to staying fit and fashionable. The recent discovery of THCV, a unique cannabinoid found in Africa Sativa strains like Durbin Poison and Red Congolese, is an appetite suppressant! I love using these strains to create cannaoil for salad dressings and other healthy, fat free snacks such as dried fruit: two great ways to use THCV to slim down… and fit into that outfit you adore!

Approximate Dose per serving: 0.5mg per piece

Note: You can make this recipe in a conventional oven, but a dehydrator works best.

2 Kiwis, sliced into 6 equal ¼ inch slices

1/2  pineapple, cut into 8 ½ inch pieces

2 carrots, shaved with a carrot peeler into thin slices

2 oranges, sliced into 10 ¼ inch slices

1 mango, sliced into 12 ¼ inch slices

1 banana, cut into 12 equal slices

6 plums, cut in half and de-stoned (pitted)

6 strawberries, slices into 24 ¼ inch slices

Light Tasting Canna-Oil

Note: I suggest using a tasteless oil such as MCT or similar at 50mg THC per teaspoon. Visit JeffThe420Chef.com to learn how to make Light Tasting Canna-oil and use the THC calculator determine its potency.

Lay fruit out on a dehydrator trays or a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

Use an eyedropper to place 1 drop of cannaoil on each piece of fruit.

Set the dehydrator to 141ºF and let dry for 8-10 hours. The plums will take 10-12 hours. Remove each fruit item when you reach your desired dryness.

If using a conventional oven, set the oven to it’s lowest setting (usually 175ºF) and let fry for 6-8 hours. Check doneness and remove accordingly.

Enjoy!
