When You’re High: It’s Cancer Season, and These are our Favorite Looks

July 2, 2019 by Danielle Guercio Leave a Comment

We often find ourselves scrolling through Instagram with a little buzz and falling in love with the work of the uninhibited hair, nail, or makeup artist. Whether it’s the signature look of an Internet personality or the experimentation of a celebrity MUA, these are the looks that we can’t stop staring at.

Cancers bring in the middle of the year—and the high summer—to a crescendo of rainshowers and potent sun. This is not unlike their alleged homebody ways, that result in selective but epic social seshes, or potently creative art. Cancers might like balanced hybrids like Gorilla Glue, which enrich their inspiration without unnecessary energy, they like a slower burn than many of us.

Pride may have come and gone, but we’re still dying over all of the extremely divine uses of the rainbow. This one makes the basic cat eye look like a line drawing compared to three dimensions.

Nail supplier to many a drag queen, Pinky’s is all about the stunning looks. This Rude Girl collection is lit.

Love this full face delightful weirdness. There’s like a whole kingdom on her face!

Again, pride being over is no reason to stop putting rainbows on pretty much everything.

Always into Dissgrace’s unique makeup looks that match their outfits perfectly.

Punk makeup and visual artist Margarita nailed the fuzzy texture of denim in this look.

Hopefully you add every single one of these visual innovators, and maybe you’ll get the nerve to rock something this colorful yourself, maybe you would after a citrusy strain to up your confidence.
